Of course.  This shocking crime was reported in the British press
today.  The report I saw - in The Daily Telegraph - stated that Orange
County police believe the individual responsible to be a 'serial killer',
likely to offend again if he is not caught.  Parents and children in that
area must be worried sick.  We can only hope that he is caught before he
hurts anyone else, and keep the police officers in our thoughts who might
have to risk their own lives in catching him.
