Per BIB book, current TV distrib is King World International (212/315-4000).
I don't know what film formats they have, but TV distribs often hold
theatrical rights, too, for these types of films. If not, at least they
might get them to whomever does.

They would prefer a 35mm print of course, but I'm guessing they'd take 16mm
if it's the only choice.
