There is also the (British) Naval training film 'This Film Is Dangerous!' (1948 - 19 mins.), about the hazards of handling nitrate film.  This includes scenes of both projection box and rewind-room fires, as well as disturbing demonstrations of just how useless any form of fire extinguisher is in fighting an established nitrate fire.  All the above are, however, carried out by personnel in Royal Navy uniforms, which may reduce its usfeulness to the original questioner!
