Buenos Aires does not have a National Film Museum, it is run by the City's Government and it is called "Pablo Duckros Hicken" as an homage to a film historian who wrote articles about the story of film in LA NACION in the late twenties.

Forgive what must be an uniformed question, but what, exactly, is the
"National Film Museum?"
It's one person by the name of Al up in Bangor, Maine. Kino, Mandacy, AMC and TCM have dealt with him in the past and the work has been uneven in terms of quality. As I have not dealt with him, I can't say much more.
