[AMIA-L] WW2 Vets
This week while watching the various documentaries on WW2 that
have been playing on the History and Discovery Channels, I had
a question that I have not seen addressed.
All these interviews with Bataan Death March survivor, Pacific
War vets and European Theatre vets, are these interviews
actually ending up in an archive(s) somewhere or are they just
sitting on shelves of various production companies collecting
dust waiting to be taped over when the need for stock arises?
I am hoping they are ending up in a single archive but know
that the realities of the situation are not always that which
we wish for.
Anybody have any ideas?
Sincerely,
