We're aware of it. It's the same film that's held by
the Museum of Television and Broadcasting in NYC.

I''m posting this for a colleague.
He is trying to confirm the existence of a television
program entitled 
"Sights and Sounds of San Francisco", a television
special produced by KGO TV featuring the Buffalo
Springfield, The Electric Flag, Blue Cheer, American
Music Band and Richie Havens. Recorded 10/1/67(?).
Aired 9/8/69. If someone has this film or confirm its
existence please contact me.
