CALL FOR REGISTRATIONS
The SEAPAVAA Secretariat is pleased to announce that the registration for the 12th SEAPAVAA Conference and General Assembly is now open.
The Conference
Metro Manila, Philippines is the venue for the 12th SEAPAVAA Conference and General Assembly come June 23-27, 2008 to be held at the Manila Hotel, Manila. It will be hosted by the Philippine Information Agency (PIA), in cooperation with the Society of Filipino Archivists (SFA), the Society of Filipino Archivists for Film (SOFIA) and the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines.
Registration Fee
The Conference registration fee is US$ 250 for non-members and US$ 190 for members. For ASEAN grantees and non-members, an optional $25 will be included for those who would like to join in the workshop.

Deadline for Conference Registrations – May 15
Deadline for registrations will be on May 15, 2008. For registrations received after the deadline, a 10% fine will be charged for the total fees indicated.
Accommodations
The Manila Hotel has given a special accommodation rate of $90, $100 and $140 per night for single, double and triple room occupancy, respectively.
Deadline for Hotel Reservations – May 15
The Manila Hotel has reserved a limited number of rooms until May 15, 2008. After the cut-off date, room reservations will be subject to availability and upon the Manila Hotel’s discretion.
