Here is information about the book mentioned.  It is the latest  
edition; it no longer has the title "Fortunes in Formulas".  Older  
editions with that title are available.  This information was culled  
from RLIN.  The book(s) should be available through interlibrary loan  
at your local library for those interested in such things.
