Assuming that that's a serious question, then no, actually, it's a
reference to beer (seriously), as in "mind your pints and quarts" that goes
back to the tyme of ye olde tavernes in merrie Englande.
However, I suppose that's also where ye olde typesetterres and booke
bynderres used to hang out, so, in that sense, I suppose the answer to your
question might be "yes" (or "aye, ladd"). %}
