Another thought for finding hemp cloth: Patagonia sells clothing made from
hemp. They might be willing to share their source. It is legal to grow hemp
in Canada, therefore, fabric stores there might be helpful.
Hemp is a renewable resource, grows quickly and is cheap to cultivate. It is
my understanding that the plant used to create the fiber for textiles is not
the same as the marijuana plant. I'm sure that some folk who smoke mj wear
hemp - but these same folk probably also drink milk.
