[BKARTS] Looking for bookbinder

Hello:

I have friend in Texas (lives nears Plano/Dallas) who has an old leather
bible. The cover has come off and pages are loose. They would like to
have it repaired. Does anyone know of a bookbinder/repairer in that
vicinity?
