Which is the can opener for that can of worms... to be "truly origami" you
don't cut the paper.
I have heard it called "the mini book", an "origami book",the "8 page folded
book'.
and of course, a "one sheet book structure." And none of which is its
official name, as there are many structures that those names can describe.
