[BKARTS] kuttrimmer not cutting square

Hi folks-

I have two kuttrimmers, a 1058 and a 1078, and neither are making
square cuts anymore.  How do I:

1) fix this problem
2) prevent it from happening again (i.e. what causes this to happen?)
