I have seen this product at a new local craft store called the "Hobby
Lobby".  Does anyone know more about this product?  has it been tested?
 clues to the carrier and the active ingredient?  The info on the can
is vague.  It is certainly INFINITELY cheaper than either We'i To or
Bookeeper.  It seems it is being marketed for scrapbooking....

Please share any thoughts or observations about this new product.
