What we've got are the old No.4 solution bottles. How toxic is "toxic?" Not worth using (for its original purpose or for one such as Sharen recommended?)
Thanks to everyone for your feedback. I now see the power of the collective list-serv mind!
Best regards, Lindsey

The old formulations of Wei T'o aerosol cans were problematic in that when the solution met with humidity in the air in the internal mechanism of the spray it had a tendency to crystallize and clog. Dick Smith the developer and owner of Wei T'o developed a can of propellant and a special nozzle that would shoot back air into the clogged can to clear the clogged internal mechanism of the can, but depending on the severity of the clog it was or was not effective. The old solution bottles such as the #4 did not have such problems, but have still been discontinued for a change to less toxic solvents.
The new formulations #111 Aerosol, and the #115 Brushing solutions have been virtually complaint free. The aerosol cans no longer clog, and are just as effective as the previous formulations.
