The Los Angeles Book Arts Center still has a couple spots  available in the 
following class:
 
More Mechanical Tightbacks with Charlene Matthews

The Mechanical  Tightback is the Sixteenth Century binding found in archives 
and records  collections. This simple, utilitarian binding works well for 
diaries,  journals, sketchbooks, photo albums, scrapbooks, and so much more. 
Charlene  has some new twists to offer those that have taken the class 
before but  beginners are also welcome.

November 12
9:30am - 4:30pm

A  $25 materials fee is payable to the instructor at class time.

$105 -  nonmembers
$85 - members
