[BKARTS] Minnesota Center for Book Arts Announces New Artist-in-Residence Program
In 2006, Minnesota Center for Book Arts will initiate a new
artist-in-residence program. Residencies will be offered three times per
year in three disciplines: binding, printing and papermaking. For
residencies beginning April 1, application materials must be received by
February 1. A jury of MCBA staff and professional book artists will review
all applications, and awards will be announced by February 15. Stipends of
up to $1000 to cover travel, living expenses or materials are available for
projects of particular artistic merit. To receive an outline of the program,
its requirements and an application form, send a stamped, self-addressed
envelope to:
