In Basle, be sure to visit the Basle Paper Museum. Not only do they still 
make paper, they also cast type and sell books.

In Belgium, try to visit the Plantin-Moretus Museum in Antwerp. Examples of 
early books, presses and typecasting.

All good for knowledge about what books and printing are/were really all 
about.
