In a similar vein, check out Guillame de Laubier's The Most Beautiful
Libraries in the World (transl by Laurel Hirsch, NY: Harry Abrams,
2003). It's a gianormous gorgeous coffee-table picture book sure to
generate lust in any bookish heart. I ran across it by chance at the
public library, proving that even librarians use public funds for their
guilty pleasures...:)
