FRIENDS OF DARD HUNTER SEEKING AN EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
FDH Executive Director position: 3-year term (first year probationary
review) averaging 10 hours per week, no benefits, paid as an independent
contractor; $7,020 per year. The applicant must have at least an
undergraduate degree (or equivalent) with previous experience in the
business and/or administrative field, as well as, a strong background
and understanding of computer usage and various programs (word
processing, spreadsheet, and e-mail access essential. FileMaker Pro or
database experience a plus). Membership in the Friends of Dard Hunter is
required. Starting date: June 2007.
Job responsibilities include centralizing the logistical operations of
the FDH organization and providing for the consistent flow of
information to the membership. Reports directly to the FDH President
regarding all logistical activities, maintains the FDH calendar,
membership database, and corresponds with the Executive Council & Board
of Directors (ECBOD) on a regular basis regarding deadlines and other
administrative business. A full description of the position and
