[BKARTS] Commercial slipcase manufacturing

Can anyone on the list recommend a good source for commercial slipcase manufacturing?  I have a customer that would like to make something that incorporates case dividers and a hinged cover over a cavity ton the outside in which will CD's will be stored.  Quantities could be as high as 10,000.

If this source were in Southern California, that would be great, but anywhere else in the world could work.
