[BKARTS] NYC: Help needed

In the process of printing seventeen (17) 
b/w double-sided hang tags and for the 
life of me can't get the two sides 
to line up.

Designed in Quark;
Printing on Epson Stylus C86;
Mac OSX  
Paper-TBD

Is there someone on the (UWS) neighborhood or thereabout who can help me? Or can someone 
walk me through it? 
Ready to throw printer out the window.
