Having tried everything everyone has suggested other than Letterpress (I wish), I think I'll have to try your suggestion. Going to give 'centering' one more try.

Print out both sides on your printer, cut out and paste up in the proper
position front and back; take to a copy shop and do two-sided copies.  Trim.
Save time.
