Circulating collection repairs

At Oberlin College we clean the spine down to the super, but retain it.
Then we line the spine with paper and attach the new spine strip. We
work with students who earn an average of $4.60 per hour.  They can do
about 4-5 spine repairs per hour using mass production techniques.
