Acrylic coatings

LBS/Archival products is coating two of their boards with Rohm & Haas
HA12 acrylic. The coating is on both sides. Does anyone know anything
about this acrylic? LBS claims the coating makes the board moisture
resistant, and easy to clean. Has anyone got an opinion one way or the
other on this?
