Ecofoam

The Acqnet (Acquisitions discussion group) had a note about "ecofoam",
which is advertised as a "starch-based loose fill." The claim is that it
is 95% starch, readily decomposes, and dissolves in water. At least one
vendor is using this as packing material, and it sound as if it has the
same problems as popcorn.
