Adhesives for re-adhering Pantone Flattening vinyl and polyester overlay film

Welcome suggestions for re-adhering the attached cut out
shapes made from C thru graphic or Pantone - a thin,
opaque, plastic film backed with a pressure sensitive
adhesive used in the Graphic Arts industry for color
coding overlays or masking.

Also treatments for flattening curled, clear polyester and vinyl
overlays for exhibit purposes
