Deacidification

This is in response to Janet Gertz's query re "bubbled-up bar code
labels" on some books that had been deacidified with DEZ.  Northwestern
has been sending books to be treated with DEZ on a regular basis now for
almost two years and we have not had any bar code labels bubble; however
we do find that some (about 7%) of the se-lin labels used for call
numbers on the spine of the book bubble, and have to be replaced.
