8 ply mat board

I am searching for an 8 ply matboard that passes the Photographic
Activity Test; it will be used to mat color prints.  It also needs
to be at least 48" in each direction, as the mats need to be 48"
square.  Any ideas?  Any adhesive suitable for laminating two 4 ply
boards would also be helpful to know... since this may be necessary
to get the thickness of mat needed. Thanks.
