Kranse

Sharon Connell has a collection of delicate materials (Kranse) which
may have been damaged by insects. If these materials are still
harboring insects, eggs, or larvae, may I suggest treating them in
an anoxic environment.

We recently supplied a museum with anoxic "kits" to treat a
collection of Native American Kachina dolls (in some cases, insect
damage was so severe that the decorative feathers would break if
touched.) Anoxic storage will also provide safe interim storage
whilst the items are waiting for treatment.
