Tapa

Can anyone provide information regarding care and preservation of a
Tapa cloth from Tonga. The piece in question is dated 1932. It is in
relatively decent condition but has some holes, and appears somewhat
fragile. I would appreciate suggestions for framing this piece so
that it can be displayed. Thank you,
