Document on digital collections

"A Framework of Guidance for Building Good Digital Collections" is
now available on the IMLS site,
<URL:http://www.imls.gov/pubs/forumframework.htm>. The document
proposes principles and definitions for good digital objects,
metadata, collections, and projects.

They would appreciate comments on the document.
