Ott-lite lamps

Ott-lite Vision saver floor lamp <URL:http://www.ott-lite.com/> I am
interested to know if someone have used this kind of lamp and if the
light is strong enough to be used fairly far of the painting.( I am
thinking of a 30 by 40 inches painting.)  And I also interested in
knowing, of course, about the advertised potential for
discriminating among colors.
