The Preservation Interest Group of the District of Columbia Library
Association is sponsoring "Practical Skills in Disaster Planning and
Recovery," on Tuesday June 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Room 156 of the
Georgetown University Law Center Building, 600 New Jersey Avenue, N.W.,
Washington, D.C. This one-day training program will be taught by Karen Sinkule
of the National Library of Medicine and Miriam Kahn of MBK Consulting. Cost is
