Sept. 1- Dec. 31. Rent 4.000FF-4.500FF maximum, preferably less.

        For the same period I have a lovely, quiet two-bedroom apartment in
central Austin with patio, 800 square feet, Spanish tile floors, large
windows overlooking a patio with a small garden. Suitable for one person or
a couple. Only 2 miles from campus, on direct shuttle route, small
supermarket, hike/bike trails within walking distance. A/C (of course).
$675 / month.
