No, it is not on a gopher or www node. this is listserv technology which is
well suited for a mailing list cum discussion group. The idea is a good one
but not suitable for development by an individual moderator; the
inventor/developer of listserv would be a good target for the suggestion. He
however has seen the light so many others have, and is now marketing his
product in its next version (for Unix and Vax systems) and so far as I know
not working on the present (IBM 370 based) system any more. --pg
