MARC AMC examples

I'm doing a project which requires me to gather MARC records for early
printed monographs (preferably incunabula), which conform to AACR2R rules.
I've found examples for most rules except the following:

2.15b
If the edition statement is an integral part of the title proper, etc.,
give it as such and do not make a further edition statement.

2.16c
If more than one place of publication is found in the item, transcribe
the first and *optionally* the subsequent ones. Indicate omission by
    [etc.].

If anyone could help me out by sending applicable MARC records via email,
(or instruct me on how to get at them myself -- I don't have access to OCLC
or RLIN-- I've been relying on my own library's online catalog), I'd greatly
appreciate it.

Thanks in advance.
