I only know the codes in Washington and Idaho States. Both of those states
allow an employee in either public or private institutions to refuse
admission to the premises to anyone. However, this is not generally known
to the librarians and staff with whom I have come in contact over the years.
I suggest subscribers to this list check the codes that apply in their
states.
