Sallust

Hello, dear colleagues.

I am looking for a bibliographical reference on an edition of Sallust. The actual copy of which I only have some photocopies, has neither title-page nor impressum.
Leave a2 starts with a nice woodcut on the top, then follows the editor's letter: <<Lectori Benevolo S.P.D. M. Christianvs Ivncker.>>, dated <<Dabam Schleusingae, Kal. Martiis, [MD]CCVI.>>
The book was printed in small format, apparently a 12:o, contains of 2 leaves (letter to the reader), an unknown number of uncounted leaves with the <<Vita Caii Crispi Sallustii>>, 348 counted pages and 4 leaves with index.
It seems to contain the texts usually printed in this author's early collected works, i.e. as far as I can see the following:
- C. SALLVSTII CRISPI CATALINA, SEV BELLVM CATALINARIVM. (p 1)
- C. SALLVSTII CRISPI IVGVRTHA, SEV BELLVM IVGVRTHINVM. (p 88)
- C. SALLVSTII CRISPI HISTORIARVM FRAGMENTA. (p 264)
- ORATIONES DVAE AD C. CAESAREM SALLVSTIO ADSCRIPTAE (p 318)
- C. SALLVSTII CRISPI IN M. TVLLIVM CICERONEM DECLAMATIO. (p 337)

Very thankful for any help in this matter.
