Georgius Flor Baldinus, juris consult. of Milan.

My guess is that it was printed in early 16th-century Milan. I cannot find
any references to this Baldinus (or Baldini) or the work anywhere, however,
I do not have a checklist of early Milan imprints or early Italian books
aside from NUC and the BM list. I am hoping to find a place, printer and/or
date if at all possible. >>

According to Ennio Sandal (Ed.), Editori e tipografi a Milano nel
cinquecento, Vo. III (Baden-Baden, 1981, p. 116, no. 211/1), the book was
printed in Milan by Alessandro Minuziano, *after* 12 January 1516. It
collates: A-C8, D10.
