concern special collections.
Does anyone curate or know of a collection that is culinary-related?
Specifically, I am seeking copies/images of these historic menus:
The Orient Express
Pan Am 'Yankee Clipper'
First Concorde flight(but would consider later ones)
If you are a bookseller or an institution with other historic menus, I would
also be interested in speaking with you about them. Thanks very much for
