Unlike Mr. Szewczyk , I have only know Ev Wilkie since 1990.
Again, unlike Mr. Szewczyk, I have never known him to be other than
professional, helpful, and collegial. Since I am not parti pris in
a dispute, perhaps it is a bit easier to be objective. But I find
"Bigot" to be a bit over the top.
Like others who have responded to this topic, I would like
more information on the policy statement. But, has it occurred to
anyone that our messages go to and come from library.berkeley.edu,
and that conducting business, or things which may look like
business, might be in conflict with their ability to provide us this
service?
