Blake printed from relief copper-plates on a hand press, and there is much
about Blake in the literature. You may find something there. Twyman's work
on lithographed books has much about copperplate letter hands. The trouble
with commercially nonviable printing methods is that they are craftsmen's
oddities and more of art and craft history than book history as items of
commerce and education.
