The Dyer is the only bibliography I know of (Vegetarianism: An Annotated
Bibliography, Scarecrow Press, 1982). Colin Spencer's The Heretic's Feast, A
History of Vegetarianism (University Press of New England, 1995) has a short
but useful list of more antiquarian books. I am working on an annotated list
of my own collection on the history of vegetarianism from 1547 to 1967 and
would be happy to send you a copy when it is completed.
