We buy ours from 

UNITED FOAM PLASTICS CORP.
2175 Partin Settlement Road
Kissimmee, FL 34744-8697

and they are made of gray foam--more functional than 
elegant, but they work fine for us.  There is a good 
range of sizes from which to choose.
