Dear All,
I am happy to announce that we have filled the Cataloguer position at the
Grolier Club Library.
Mr. José Fernando Peña, a recent graduate of the Rutgers library science
program, has five years of practical experience in cataloging, reference
services, and archival processing. His library training began while an
undergraduate at Harvard, and he has supplemented his courses at Rutgers
with public services and archival work in various Rutgers special
collections.
Mr. Peña has graduate degrees in Biblical Studies from Berkeley, and Hebrew
and Semitic Philology from Harvard, is fluent in Spanish and French, and
reads Italian, Latin, German, Greek, and Hebrew. He will begin full time
as Cataloguer on January 4, after which time we will again be able to offer
full Library services.
