TARGET AUDIENCE: ANYONE WHO PARTICIPATES IN COOPERATIVE
PRESERVATION ACTIVITIES
This survey is designed to identify cooperative
preservation activity within the United States and to seek
effective models for development of cooperative activity.
Data will be presented only in the aggregate; responses
will not be attributed to particular respondents,
organizations, or cooperatives.
The 2001 online survey consists of 28 questions designed in
a quick and easy-to-answer format. Some questions request
expenditure information, so you may wish to preview the
questions first, research your information and have it
ready when you begin.
