Subject: short survey about TV viewing habits

Hello! We would like to request your cooperation in filling out this short
survey about your TV viewing habits. Our goal is to produce an informative,
yet entertaining, look at librarians' interactions with media. However,
please do not hesitate to fill this out if you are in another book-related
profession, as this data will be an interesting comparison point!

Responses can be submitted to either of the researchers listed below. Please
be careful not to reply to the list from which you received this survey.
Thanks very much for your help!
