But, our copy has the frontispiece and we have traced the artist and
engraver. We would like to eliminate this note when we upload our enhanced
record to OCLC, but are unsure of the propriety of eliminating the |5 DLC
note. As there is no indication on the public side that it is a copy
specific note for DLC, it seems like the proper thing to do, especially as
the note following the lacks frontispiece describes the frontispiece.

Still, we don't want the DLC cataloging police to bust us. We do leave in
|5 DLC added entries because they have (Library of Congress) in the entry,
clearly indicating the source. Has anyone encountered this problem and how
did you resolve it?
