Dear Margery Smith,

The 1901 item:

"The Night Before Christmas. No. 1753. Copyright 1901 by Raphael Tuck &
Sons Co., Ltd. Published by Raphael Tuck and Sons, Co., Ltd. New York - London -Paris"

is listed as item 142 in THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS: a descriptive bibliography of Clement Clarke Moore's immortal poem by Nancy H. Marshall and gives the date of publication as 1901.
